Main EventPapers are double-blind peer reviewed by 2–3 reviewers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and indexed in Scopus. Papers with high similarity scores will not be accepted per IEEE policy.
Registration is required for publication in proceedings. At least one author must register at the full (non-student) rate.
